There are three main approaces to licensing in Alta Software Ltd:

1. Bank2000, Loans, LMS and Deposits - per user licensing;

2. Additional modules - one time licensing;

3. Granting software use rights for monthly payments.

Customization, functional changes to the software and deployment of software is considered as separate projects and is subject to negotiations.

Licensing comprises granting only the use rights for the software. Bank2000, Loans, LMS and Deposits are licensed per user. User is the person / client employee, who works with Bank2000, Loans, LMS or Deposits.

During per user licensing the licensing of each division / branch / service-center and user of the software is required.

Branch / service-center license implies the right on additional space in the software according to the licensing provisions. It give the opportunity to change configuration of the branch / service-center (as well as central office) by the operations and processes, which are the base of the report preparation - individually for each branch / service-center. In addition, such functionality within the program for branch / service-center facilitates selection of functions and permits configuration for various users within the branch.

For licensing purposes the purchase of branch / service-center license is required if additional / new branch, division and / or service-center is opened, i.e. the bank has acquired one branch and seven per user licenses. The branch address is 4 Melikishvili str. New service center opened at 5 Shartava str and 3 users will work with Bank2000, one - with Deposits and two - with Loans. Hence, the bank should purchase one branch / service-center license for Shartava service-center, 3 per user licenses for Bank2000, 1 per user license for Deposits and 2 per user licenses for Loans.

The price list follows the below principle: it consists of four pages, where the first shows costs for per user licensing of Bank2000, Loans, LMS and Deposits. THe second page represents additional module lsit and price. The third page is the English version of the first page, and the fourth - English version of the second page.

The first page reflects prices by main programs (core - Bank2000; loan - Loans2007 and LMS; depo - Deposits).
