The support comprises product servicing, namely, correction of bugs discovered as a result of  product use, improvements, various changes.

If the client has support, he enjoys full servicing of products, right to install updates and improvements, technical aid.

There are two versions of support: Premium and Standard.

Service package Standard is mainly oriented on bug correction and grants the client the right to install updates. As a rule, Standard package customer is fully content with the existing functionality of the system, does not need extended service for products and consultations, has functioning servers and connected infrastructure and does not plan to change business processes in the nearest future.

Service package Premium is designed for the clients who are permanently developing their business, change and improve their products, introduce novelties and need sofware, which would keep pace with their growth and development.
